P0500 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Users
This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the p0500 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These terms take effect from the date your account is registered. Should any changes be made, p0500 will notify users via the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security Responsibilities
Access to the p0500 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. p0500 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
This platform is made available to users accessing it from countries where such activity is permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances frozen.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. p0500 reserves the right to request identity verification through official documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the p0500 support team.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact p0500 support immediately. We recommend using a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other services.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the p0500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods supported by the platform at the relevant time, including FPX and local digital wallets.
- Deposits can only be made by account holders using payment methods registered in their own name.
- p0500 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned or frozen.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or payment method verified under the same account holder's name.
- Withdrawal of bonus winnings is subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
- p0500 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until identity verification is completed if any suspicious activity is detected.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
P0500 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, ethical manner that does not compromise the experience of other users. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner or outside its intended normal use.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any unauthorised cooperation with other users to manipulate game outcomes or the platform's payment systems.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways they were not intended for, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity. p0500 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
- Spreading false information, harassing other users, or using offensive language through any platform communication channel, including the support live chat.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
P0500 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, system abuse, or illegal activity. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation concludes.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings panel or by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method once the verification process is complete.
P0500 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or data loss. p0500 is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by service interruptions, including internet outages or technical issues beyond the platform’s control.
Under no circumstances shall p0500's liability to a user exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty calendar days preceding the relevant claim.
All content on the p0500 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of p0500 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from p0500.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
The p0500 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. p0500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
P0500 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. We encourage users to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by the relevant authorities. The official language of this document is Bahasa Melayu.
